  • No Payments: We will never ask you to pay anything to receive a prize. We will never request your bank account or credit card information to claim your prize.

1. Eligibility

The Freerider Filmz Trip & Snowmobile Giveaway (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of:

  • the 50 United States (excluding New York and Florida), and
  • the District of Columbia, and
  • Canada

who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, are physically located in one of these areas (the “Territory”) at the time of entry, and are not otherwise prohibited from entry as set forth in these Official Rules.

Freerider Filmz Inc. (“Sponsor”), its subsidiaries and affiliated companies, retailers, sales representatives, dealers, distributors, licensees, advertising agencies, fulfillment agencies, judging agencies, and promotion agencies involved in the development or administration of this Promotion, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents (collectively, the “Promotion Parties”), as well as members of their immediate families (defined as spouse, biological, adoptive, and step-parents, grandparents, siblings, children, and grandchildren, and each of their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and household members (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate.

The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state/provincial/territorial, municipal, and local laws and regulations. It is void outside the Territory and wherever prohibited by law.


2. Decisions

By participating in this Promotion, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and/or independent Promotion Administrator, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion. Where lawful, entrants waive any right to challenge such decisions.


4. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins at 7:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) on November 23, 2025 and ends at 11:59 p.m. EST on January 4th 2026 (the “Promotion Period”).


5. How to Enter

(a) Purchase Entry

During the Promotion Period, visit www.freeriderfilmz.com (the “Website”) and purchase one or more products. You will receive one (1) entry in the Promotion for every $5 CAD spent (excluding tax and shipping) (each a “Purchase Entry”).

(b) Mail-In Entry (No Purchase Necessary)

To enter the Promotion without making a purchase:

  1. During the Promotion Period, handprint (in the following order) your:
    • full name
    • complete street address
    • daytime telephone number
    • email address
    • date of birth
  2. on a standard 4" x 6" postcard (no outer envelope).
  3. Mail the postcard to:

  4. Mail-in Entries must be postmarked during the Promotion Period and received by January 8, 2026.
    • legibly handprinted (including addressing),
    • mailed separately,
    • sent without an outer envelope,
    • sent with sufficient postage, and
    • must not require a recipient signature.
    • If the Promotion Period end date falls on a Sunday or federal holiday, Mail-in Entries may be postmarked on the following day.
    • All Mail-in Entries must be:

Each eligible Mail-in postcard will count for ten (10) entries into the Promotion.

LIMIT: TEN (10) MAIL-IN POSTCARDS PER PERSON/EMAIL ADDRESS, EQUAL TO A MAXIMUM OF ONE HUNDRED (100) MAIL-IN ENTRIES, SUBJECT TO THE OVERALL ENTRY LIMIT BELOW. Entrants who send more than the maximum number of permitted postcards may be disqualified.


6. Additional Entry Terms

Entrants must complete all required information for each method of entry.

LIMIT: ONE HUNDRED (100) TOTAL ENTRIES PER PERSON/EMAIL ADDRESS, REGARDLESS OF METHOD OF ENTRY.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, all entries and submissions become the exclusive property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned, except as expressly provided herein.


7. Finalist Drawing

On or about January 8, 2026, in Dorset, Ontario, the Sponsor or Promotion Administrator will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period to select (5) finalists (the “Finalists”).


8. Grand Prize Drawing

On or about January 10, 2026, in Revelstoke, British Columbia, the Sponsor will randomly select one (1) Grand Prize winner from among all Finalists (the “Grand Prize Drawing”).


9. Prizes & Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”)

One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded, consisting of:

  1. Trip to Revelstoke, BC
    A trip for the winner and one (1) guest to Revelstoke, British Columbia to snowmobile for two (2) days. The trip includes:
    • round-trip economy airfare from the major airport closest to the winner’s residence to an airport serving Revelstoke, BC;
    • two (2) nights of standard hotel accommodation (double occupancy, if applicable);
    • meals during the trip; and
    • airport transfers.
  2. ARV of trip portion: up to $2,500 CAD.
  3. Choice of One (1) Used Snowmobile (winner must choose one):
    • a used 2024 Polaris 9R 146 (ARV $15,000 CAD); or
    • a used 2025 Ski-Doo Summit Turbo (ARV $15,000 CAD); or
    • a used 2024 Polaris Boost (ARV $15,000 CAD); or
    • a used 2025 Arctic Cat 858 (ARV $15,000 CAD); or
    • a used 2024 Ski-Doo MXZ Competition 850 Turbo (ARV $15,000 CAD).

Total ARV of the Grand Prize: up to $20,000 CAD.

Actual value may vary depending on point of departure, travel dates, and condition of the used vehicle; any difference between the stated ARV and the actual value will not be awarded.


10. Prize Conditions

  • Limit one (1) prize per person/email address/household.
  • Prize(s) must be accepted as awarded.
  • All characteristics and features of the prize(s), except as explicitly stated, are at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.
  • No substitution, cash redemption, sale, or transfer of any prize is permitted by winner, except as provided herein. Sponsor may substitute a prize (or a portion thereof) with an equivalent prize of equal or greater value, in its sole discretion, if the original prize cannot be awarded for any reason.

Prize(s) are awarded “AS IS” with no warranty or guarantee, express or implied. Winner acknowledges that Sponsor and the Promotion Parties have made no representation, warranty, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the prize(s), including but not limited to quality, condition, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Except where prohibited by law, all applicable federal, state/provincial/territorial and local taxes, import duties, customs fees, tariffs, and any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use that are not expressly stated as being provided by Sponsor are the sole responsibility of the winner.

  • Winners are solely responsible for any import duties, customs fees, tariffs, or other charges imposed by their country of residence for receipt of the prize.
  • Promotion Parties are not responsible for delays or failures in prize delivery due to customs or import restrictions.
  • Non-Canadian winners may be subject to their own country’s tax laws and may also be subject to Canadian withholding tax and/or required to complete Canadian tax forms.

Winners are responsible for determining and paying all applicable taxes. Promotion Parties do not provide tax advice.

You are not a winner until:

  1. your prize claim is validated,
  2. you correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question (for Canadian residents), and
  3. you receive official written notification from the Sponsor or Promotion Administrator.

Prizes will be awarded only to addresses within the Territory, provided they are properly claimed in accordance with these Official Rules. If a prize is not properly claimed, Sponsor may, in its discretion, elect not to award it.

In no event will more than the stated number of prizes be awarded. If, due to error, more prize notifications are issued than the number of prizes stated, the intended number of prizes will be awarded in a random drawing from among all eligible claimants, or as otherwise reasonably determined by Sponsor or the Promotion Administrator.

All prize amounts are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).


11. Additional Travel Terms

  • All travel dates and arrangements are subject to availability and will be coordinated through Sponsor, in its sole discretion.
  • Winner must present a valid major credit card in their name at hotel check-in for incidentals.
  • Actual value of the trip depends on fare fluctuations and point of departure; any difference between stated and actual value will not be awarded.
  • Trip must be completed by March 31, 2026, or the prize (or that portion of it) may be forfeited, in Sponsor’s sole discretion.
  • Winner must be able to travel on dates designated by Sponsor or the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.
  • Unless Sponsor approves a shorter booking window in writing, the trip must be booked at least 30 days prior to departure.
  • Travel dates, location, and all arrangements/accommodations are at Sponsor’s sole discretion and are subject to availability, blackout dates, and change.
  • If, in Sponsor’s judgment, air travel is not required due to the winner’s proximity to the destination, Sponsor may substitute ground transportation for air travel without additional compensation.

All expenses not specifically listed as included (such as transportation between winner’s home and the nearest major airport, optional activities, incidentals, gratuities, extra meals, airline fees, personal charges, and any additional lodging or travel) are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Winner must comply with all security and public-health requirements. Once travel documents are issued, travel arrangements may not be changed without Sponsor approval. Promotion Parties are not responsible for:

  • lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, vouchers, or certificates;
  • delays, cancellations, or unforeseen events related to transportation; or
  • inability to travel or participate in prize activities due to illness, quarantine, or other events beyond Sponsor’s control.

Winner is solely responsible for obtaining all required travel documentation (e.g., passports, visas, entry/exit and health documents) and complying with immigration, customs, and public-health requirements. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the prize without compensation.


12. Additional Terms for Grand Prize Vehicle

  • Vehicle is awarded “as is”; any manufacturer warranty that may still apply is the responsibility of the manufacturer only.
  • All characteristics and features of the vehicle (including color and options), except as explicitly stated, are at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
  • Winner must be a licensed driver and provide proof of a valid driver’s license and insurance at the time of delivery; failure to do so may result in disqualification and forfeiture of the vehicle prize.
  • Winner is responsible for all optional equipment, license, title, registration, driving permits, insurance, transportation, import/export taxes, and all other fees and costs associated with the use, operation, and transfer of the vehicle.
  • Winner may be required to sign all documents necessary for transfer of ownership.


13. Odds of Winning

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.


14. Entrant Verification

In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an entry, the entry will be deemed to be made by the natural person in whose name the entry was submitted.

Sponsor reserves the right to require proof of identity and/or eligibility at any time, in its sole discretion. Failure to provide proof to Sponsor’s complete satisfaction within the time specified may result in disqualification.


15. Disqualification

Entries that are incomplete, incorrect, incomprehensible, not received, or that otherwise do not comply with these Official Rules (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) will be void and ineligible.

Entries submitted by facsimile, overnight courier, automated means, entry services, or any method not expressly permitted in these Official Rules may be void and may result in disqualification of the entrant.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with or attempts to tamper with the entry process, acts in a disruptive or unfair manner, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules.


16. Notification & Validation of Winners

Potential winners may be contacted by telephone, email, regular mail, or overnight mail, at Sponsor’s discretion, and may be required to complete, sign, and return:

  • an affidavit or declaration of eligibility,
  • a liability release,
  • applicable tax forms, and
  • where lawful, a publicity release,

within the time stated in the notification as a condition of receiving the prize.

Failure to respond in a timely manner, return required documents, or comply with these Official Rules may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner from among remaining eligible entries.

If any notification is returned as undeliverable, or a potential winner is determined to be ineligible, Sponsor may disqualify that potential winner.

Do not email tax identifiers.
Sensitive identifiers must be submitted only via the secure upload method provided by Sponsor.


17. Skill Test for Canadian Residents

Canadian residents must correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question (without any assistance) to be eligible to win a prize.

Sponsor reserves the right to administer an alternate or additional test of skill, if required by law or to address discrimination or disability considerations.


18. Limitations

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Promotion Parties are not responsible for:

  1. electronic, digital, or mail transmissions that are lost, late, stolen, incomplete, illegible, damaged, garbled, destroyed, misdirected, not delivered, or not received by Sponsor for any reason;
  2. mail received postage-due;
  3. technical malfunctions, errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays, or communication failures of any kind;
  4. failed or unavailable hardware, network, software, or telephone transmissions;
  5. damage to entrants’ or any person’s computer or device;
  6. causes beyond Promotion Parties’ reasonable control that jeopardize the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Promotion;
  7. incorrect or inaccurate entry information, whether caused by entrants or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in the Promotion;
  8. typographical, printing, distribution, or production errors in any Promotion-related materials;
  9. any other errors, problems, or defects of any kind related to the Promotion; or
  10. cheating or fraud by any participant.

If an entry is confirmed to have been lost, destroyed, or corrupted due to a technical or other error, the entrant’s sole remedy is a replacement entry, if possible.


19. Modification, Suspension & Termination

If the Promotion cannot be conducted as planned for any reason, including (but not limited to) computer viruses, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, human error, legal mandates, social media mandates, pandemics, epidemics, or any other cause beyond Sponsor’s control that affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Promotion, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to:

  • void suspect entries or entrants, and/or
  • modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion, and
  • select winners in a fair and reasonable manner from among eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to such modification, suspension, or termination.

After termination, Sponsor reserves the right to accept no further entries and award no further prizes.


20. Limitation of Liability & Releases

To the fullest extent permitted by law, by participating, entrants agree that:

  • all causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion or any prize must be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action;
  • they release, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Promotion Parties and their successors and assigns from any liability, loss, claim, or cause of action related to their participation in the Promotion or acceptance, possession, use, inability to use, or misuse of any prize, including personal injury, death, or property damage; and
  • they waive all rights to claim punitive, indirect, incidental, and consequential damages, attorneys’ fees, court costs, or any damages other than actual out-of-pocket costs incurred to enter the Promotion.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply in all cases.


21. Media/Publicity Release

Except where prohibited by law, by entering, accepting a prize, or participating in any Promotion-related activity, entrants and their heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns (the “Entrant Parties”):

  • consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded (“Recordings”) in connection with the Promotion,
  • acknowledge that Sponsor owns all Recordings made by or for Sponsor, and
  • grant the Promotion Parties a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, publicly perform, publish, edit, modify, and create derivative works from:
    • their name, image, photographs, videos, voice, likeness, statements, and biographical information, and
    • their entry, the Recordings, and any other related materials (collectively, “Materials”),

for advertising, publicity, promotion, public relations, trade, and other commercial purposes, in any and all media now known or hereafter developed, without additional compensation, notice, or permission.

To the extent permitted by law, Entrant Parties waive:

  • any right of inspection or approval, and
  • any claims based on rights of publicity or privacy, defamation, false light, or moral rights, arising out of the permitted uses of the Materials.

Nothing in this section waives claims that cannot legally be waived. Promotion Parties have no obligation to use any Materials. These consents, licenses, waivers, and releases are irrevocable and survive and bind the Entrant Parties.


22. Privacy

Sponsor is the data controller. Personal information collected in connection with this Promotion is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at:

In the event of any conflict between these Official Rules and the Privacy Policy, these Official Rules will control.

By entering, each entrant agrees that Sponsor and its agents may store, share, and use the personal information submitted with their entry:

  • for the purpose of administering the Promotion; and
  • as described in these Official Rules and in the Privacy Policy, and as permitted by law.

Personal data will be collected and processed in Canada. By entering, you expressly consent to the transfer of your personal information to countries outside your country of residence, including Canada. Your data may be subject to access requests from governments, courts, or law enforcement in those jurisdictions.

This section does not limit any other consent you may provide to Sponsor regarding the collection, use, or disclosure of your personal information.


23. Choice of Law & Jurisdiction

Except where prohibited or restricted by law:

  • all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without giving effect to conflict of law principles; and
  • by entering, entrants irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and provincial courts located in or serving Muskoka, Ontario, Canada for any action, suit, or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Promotion.


24. Severability & Conflicts

If any provision of these Official Rules is held to be invalid, unenforceable, or illegal in any jurisdiction:

  • such provision shall be modified only to the minimum extent necessary to comply with applicable law in that jurisdiction; and
  • the remainder of the provision and all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

The failure of the Promotion Parties to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between:

  • statements or other information contained in any Promotion-related materials or communications, and
  • these Official Rules,

the terms of these Official Rules shall prevail.

The winners’ list will be available for 60 days after winner validation has been completed.


26. Third-Party Rights

All trademarks used herein are the property of their respective owners. The manufacturers of the prize(s) offered in this Promotion do not sponsor or endorse this Promotion and are not affiliated with Sponsor.
